Challenge

(un)Common Logic began this engagement by conducting a thorough analysis of top degree program pages. Once friction points were identified, we began A/B testing. We then templatized winning variants containing strong CTAs and added additional point-of-contact fields to encourage form submission.

Results

Following a successful A/B test that aimed at adding CTAs above the page fold, the American College of Education (ACE) received 215 leads versus 89 in the previous year. Additionally, the strategy helped capture a 171% increase in CTA button clicks and a 195% increase in conversion rate year-over-year.

About ACE

American College of Education is a private for-profit online college based in Indianapolis, Indiana, focused on education, healthcare, nursing, and business.

The Challenge

American College of Education (ACE) faced the challenge of converting website visitors into leads. Despite having informative and detailed program pages, the conversion rates were not meeting expectations. They needed to identify and eliminate friction points on their degree program pages to encourage more form submissions and ultimately increase leads.

The Solution

(un)Common Logic conducted a thorough analysis of the top degree program pages to identify friction points. They initiated A/B testing to determine the most effective elements for conversion. Winning variants, featuring strong CTAs and additional point-of-contact fields, were then templatized and implemented. This strategic approach led to immediate improvements in user engagement.

The Results

The implementation of the winning A/B test variants resulted in a significant increase in leads for ACE. In just 15 days, ACE saw a 141% increase in leads, with the number of leads rising from 89 to 215 compared to the previous year. This strategy also led to a 171% year-over-year increase in CTA button clicks and a 195% year-over-year increase in conversion rates. These metrics underscored the effectiveness of (un)Common Logic's CRO services in boosting user engagement and conversions for higher education institutions.
